The Team Associated RC8T4 Team Kit raises the bar for 1/8 scale off-road racing. Developed by the expert engineers at Area 51, the RC8T4 incorporates cutting-edge features including updated front-end geometry, high-efficiency gearboxes, and symmetrical rear hubs. This highly anticipated nitro truggy is designed to provide predictable handling and maximum durability in all racing conditions.
Innovative Front-End & Drivetrain Efficiency
The RC8T4 features an 8-degree steering block paired with a wider upper suspension arm pivot, ensuring superior steering balance. The gearboxes have been completely redesigned; the front gearbox utilizes a 3.5-degree inclined pinion angle to straighten the center driveshaft, significantly reducing vibration and increasing efficiency. Larger bearings have also been integrated to ensure a longer life for the ring and pinion gears.
Adjustable Aerodynamics
The rear wing mount includes adjustable angle shims and a high-downforce wing with vertical fins for increased straight-line stability.
Centralized Flex Control
The rear chassis brace is centrally mounted to the gearbox, offering three different flex options to tune the truck to any track surface.
Pro-Level Fuel System
High-capacity fuel tank with an ergonomic lid puller and stackable volume inserts (1cc, 2cc, 3cc) for precise adjustment at sanctioned events.
