  • Returns received after the 15-day window or without appropriate labels and packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping (up to first-class recorded mail). Kindly indicate your request for postage reimbursement on the returns form.

Shipping Orders

All orders are shipped directly to your provided address. We ensure every order is packaged securely and insured for transit. You may also purchase products directly from our warehouse, and we will ship them to your specified address or preferred delivery destination.

We primarily ship using KingCycleSport Delivery. To avoid delivery issues, please provide a valid street address. If your home address is not suitable, consider using the address of a trusted friend or family member.
